New Jersey Standards of Practice
These are the Standards of Practice for home inspections as set forth by the NJ State of New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs Home Inspection Advisory Committee. These are the Standards of Practice specific to New Jersey home inspections.
InterNACHI Standards of Practice
These are the Standards of Practice for home inspections as set forth by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). These are the Standards of Practice specific to National and international home inspections and are very similar to the New Jersey Standards of Practice.
InterNACHI/CCPIA Commercial Standards of Practice
These are the Standards of Practice for commercial inspections as set forth by InterNACHI and the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA).
