Words can't even explain how glad I was to come across Steve's website for home inspection. He will walk you through the whole thing and explain to you what's good and legal. He's very wise and passionate about his job. As a first time home buyer, I feel like am playing the game safe. Truly blessed to have him by my side through the process. His input was straightforward and honest. Another thing I appreciated was his availability. It was hard to find a company who would travel a far distance...and in perfect timing! Oh, and his reports are everything you can ask for. Check out the sample on the website! Real professional.

I'm currently in the processes of purchasing my second home and Steve has been the inspector on both properties. Professional and thorough on both occasions. He does a lengthily inspection, gives detailed reports and the reports have been available to us in a timely fashion. Will definitely recommend and use again if I buy a third property

MUST READ THIS REVIEW!!!!!!! I'm skeptical when it comes to reviews I always think that the person or company has there own employees writing them. I am not either employee or anyone affiliated with this company! With that said ANYONE can be a certified inspector, I have hired many... please trust me when I say do not pass this one up. All I can say is that Steve raises the bar with going above and beyond. He was on time, He is extremely thorough and He amazed us with his professionalism. He was able to explain his process, answer all questions and even gave us a lot of insight as to preventative maintenance which was extremely helpful. He took the time to doubled back to make sure all our needs/questions were met. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home for first time purchaser or just buying another home, he is up to date with codes which is extremely helpful as well.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, thorough. I can not say enough about how great Steve was. He walked me through and explained everything ( so patient with all my questions). As a first time home buyer, this was all new and scary. NOT ANYMORE!

House Inspection
I finally closed on my new home and moved in and wanted to share my experience with PEAK. Steve really took the time out not only to look over the home for hazards and other stuff, but took the time out to show me the issues, explain them to me, and even how to remedy them. He made me feel confident about my purchase because whatever issue there was he supplied a fix for it. His report is in depth and very substantive. What was amazing was that his report was completed within 24 hours. Thanks Steve for your time!

We used Steve to inspect our house that we purchased 3 years ago. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. When my husband and I had to get our new house inspected, we immediately contacted Steve again. He takes his time, inspects every inch of the house and is aware of the codes and state regulations. Steve had the written report available the next day. The report was easy to understand and read. I will definitely recommend Steve to my family and friends.

We needed an inspector pretty quickly and Steve was willing to make time in his schedule. He was very efficient, knowledgable, and very nice and easy to talk to. He explained things well, and also made sure to let us know we could contact him even after to go through anything we needed to hear again. Report was very thorough and easy to follow. Thorough Home Inspection
Cant say enough about how thorough a job Steve did on our home inspection. He walked us through all his findings and even explain some suggestions on what we would need to fix and the time frames. This is my second home buy and I always was told if your inspector doesn't go on the roof he is not good, well Steve was on the roof climbing in crawl spaces he really has a passion for his work and it is evident in how he carries himself. I would highly recommend using him to anyone but especially new home buyers.

Amazing service
It is truly a wonderful job. I learned tremendously by being with Steve for a few hours and read what he wrote! I am so amazed by the beautiful report. It is so organized, clear and in great detail too. Even the pictures look like they were taken by a professioanl photographer! I have purchased home for myself and for my friends at least six or sevem times. It was my last 3 inspection when I met Steve, and I stick on him ever since! There is no comparison.He is truly the best in the industry. Also his charge is very modest, however, his detailed inspection usually takes 3 hours! I will recommend him to all of my friends.

This isn't our first home purchase but it was our first time using Steve's home inspection service. He's an amazing inspector, incredibly knowledgeable! He went through the house from top to bottom. He uncovered a bunch of serious issues and we're so thankful. The report we received is detailed and thorough. He took photos of all the issues with the house.
Steve's work is stellar. We would definitely use Peak Inspection on our next property purchase.

I think Steve did a very thorough job. He pointed out the things that needed to be fixed with suggestions on what should be done right away and what could wait, knowing that I was buying "as is". Excellent Work
Stephen was very patient during the inspection process. He took his time in explaining every item he finds to be an issue or ways to resolve the items in the inspection. He drove 2 hours during a snow storm and arrived to the property an hour early to start inspecting the exterior of the property. I would recommend him to any friend or family member.

Much More than I Expected
Steve's vast knowledge of home construction made my inspection very interesting. He is very thorough and straight up about what needs to be fixed right away and why, and what can wait. Not only that he is the nicest guy ever, and very fun to talk to. The report looks like it comes from a major corporation and is quite detailed with many many pictures for proof. They say the inspection is a painful process, but I thought it was the best part. I want to recruit Steve to do everything, Repair consultation, show up at parties, dating advise, kitchen reno, whatever I can bring him back for. Its really too bad I only have to do this once.
